Bliss Promotional Gifts accept no responsibility for damage caused to garments supplied by customers requesting branding to be applied. Bliss Promotional Gifts will advise the best print method and once agreed by the client then all responsibility is with the client. Our in house range has been designed and thoroughly tested for promotional use. Customers clothing purchased elsewhere is often not designed and tested and Bliss Promotional Gifts cannot be held responsible for the garment value or repeat print costs should the print method not be completely suited to the garments supplied by the customer. All garments supplied by Bliss using trusted print methods are guaranteed. All garments not supplied by Bliss are not covered once washed as the media and ink manufacturers cannot test the products on every electrical appliance and washing detergent available in the UK. Please ask advice from Bliss on how to care for your garments although this advice is passed from the manufacturer and is in no way binding.
Bliss Promotional Gifts accept no responsibility for delays or loss incurred by third parties including couriers and Royal Mail. I the event of a loss please contact Bliss Promotional Gifts and we will help in every way we can to locate parcels but we are not liable once the goods have left our control.
Bliss Promotional Gifts offer 30 Day credit terms to established customers. All promotional gift accounts unpaid after 60 days will incur a 2% penalty invoice per month until the original invoice is cleared in full. All uniform accounts unpaid after 30 days can incur a £2.00 + vat per day/per garment rental charge should Bliss believe the client is acting in an unreasonable manner or deliberately avoiding payment. Bliss hope to avoid this situation. All goods remain the property of Bliss until paid in full. In the event of penalties having to be applied then all future orders for the customer will be on a pro-forma basis.
Bliss Promotional Gifts operates a 10% unders and overs policy on some products. Due to the production processes involved you may sometimes not receive the exact quantity ordered. This will be due to either a lower amount passing the quality control or a greater amount than ordered passing quality control due to an over manufacture. The over manufacture happens when the factory expect a number of items to not pass quality control but upon completion find that more than the order quantity have passed. You will only ever be charged for the amount delivered and this will not exceed 10% either side of your order quantity.
